On the 21^st  We will

• See actual deals that my clients are doing. This will show you that you can do it too! They have learned my approach, used my guidance, and confidently followed through. 
• Go to live inventory sources. Others try to give the impression that they have an “inside track” to inventory. Look, there is plenty of inventory if you know where to go. I’ll show you.
• Step by step, we will run through the preliminary level of due diligence(we’ll save the full due diligence for the second night) on performing notes.
• Paint the scenarios as I talk through the deals. You will hear how you master this business by understanding the numbers and the stories behind every deal.

On the 22^nd We will

• Take a deep dive into due diligence. This is a level that most people who teach the business don’t even know unless they learned it from me. The goal here is to know more about the note than the seller does. 
• Get into advanced strategies. These strategies will take your returns to a different level.
• We’ll look at non-performing notes. New opportunities arise in the “NPL” world, but you better know what you are doing. 
• Talk through exit strategies. You always have to have “multiple outs”; you are at high risk if you don't.
