Hourly consulting for the deal review is with Kevin Shortle personally. He has been a real estate and real estate note consultant and trainer for over 30 years. Minimum 1 hr sessions ( May be adjusted for two 30-minute sessions upon initial review).

Fee and services: The $500 cost will include:

• 1-hour personal ZOOM session with me (can be broken into two sessions as needed)
• My prep-time analysis before the ZOOM session
• Review the numbers
• Review all documents (no legal advice)
• My expert insight into most likely outcome or exit strategies
• My expert opinion on risk and reward
• My expert advice on troubleshooting and potential pitfalls
